There are also many restaurants

where you can eat local dishes unique.

As Acarajé and Vatapá.

Another attraction is that you can enjoy

the Carnival of Salvador, is very famous.

When you visit Salvador, you should try to experience all it has to offer.

Playing sports is a way to stay healthy and get rid of stress. Usually I play soccer or basketball. Kicking a soccer ball around clears my head. When I'm playing, I don't think about anything but the ball. Later, I feel relaxed, I'm focused, and I'm ready to concentrate on my homework.

“Paul Smith won the President competition!”

·         Shock.

Oh my God! I can’t believe Paul Smith is the President! He… he was my neighbor! Yes, I remember, he always said “Hello!” when I was passing by. He moved out a few years ago. I didn’t know he was competing to be the President. Well, I hope he does a good job.

·         Irritation.

Oh, no, no, no, no, NO! Paul Smith? The PRESIDENT? No way, he can’t be! He was the dumbest guy I’d ever seen… you know, this country is also dumb, they elected Paul Smith! He can’t even take care of his own garden, what will he do with our COUNTRY? Oh, I’m definitely moving” Who knows, I can even go to… ANOTHER PLANET, maybe?

·         Delight.

Today, the President Competition finally ended, and guess who won it? Paul Smith! Yes, that amazingly polite boy. Oh, I’m sure he will be the best president ever! Hum… did I mention that he is my son?

·         Fascination.

Remember my boss, Paul Smith? He is the president now! Well, I didn’t believe it at first, he just looked too… innocent to win! But, apparently, that was not a bad thing, since he was elected with 76% of the votes! He’s always been a very nice person, I’m sure he will be a great example to all of us.

 Porto Sguro is a place to relax and fun. It is located in Bahia. It is a wonderful city to visit, mainly in the summer. It's was the place where the Portugueses arrived in 1500. Porto Seguro has several historic monuments to see. One is House Chamber e Chain which built by Jesuits in XVII century, around of 1772. The churches are most visited monuments by tourists. They are old churches which keep sacred religious images. Porto Seguro is famous for its beautiful beaches. There are several beaches each one most beautiful than other. The beaches are nice for all because in north the city are located more movement beaches and in south are beaches more calm and exotic.

Porto Seguro has a agitated nighlife with a lot music and dance, mainly in "Passarela do Álcool", name tourist Avenida Portugal. In carnival the city seems catch on fire. Many bands play then. Other cool thing about Porto Seguro is its typical foods like Acarajé, muqueca, cuzcuz, vatapá, bobó. In generally the food is hot that in this case means spicy.

Important Discovery

One of most wonderful discovery was the light bulb. It was discovered by Thomas Alva Edison or simply Thomas Edison. The light bulb was discovered in October 21 of 1879. Thomas Edison was a big inventor and invented several things, maybe the most important thing who he invented was the light bulb. Thomas Edison was born in West Orange, New Jersey in 1931. So test after test Edison invented carbonized cotton filament inside a glass bulb: the light bulb shine.

The light bulb caused many effects besides of iluminate houses, streets, enterprise, farms, city, it's possibilited that stores stayed open until late at night and possibilited the work night too. Other thing about light bulb that it's proporcioned the building of valve radio, television through that called "Edison effect".
